  their phone is disconnected, so you can’t call to make any changes to your order & when you go in to try and ask, they’re super rude & refuse to modify the order despite NOT having a working phone. what corporate chain doesn’t have a working phone? get it together.

  ❌never buy their cookies they selling expired outdated cookies i would have go back with that cookies to get my refund but i left for airport but you guys becareful health is everything

  With door dash driver and over 7.000 deliveries, in the deKalb sycamore area I’ve seen bout every restaurant around in deKalb sycamore. Subway on Lincoln hwy stands out one of the cleanest and most consistently well run spot in the area. Great job for team to maintain such high standards.

  The staff was incredibly rude and got upset when we had more than 2 sandwiches, this place hardly gets any business as is and is two less customers from being shut down 0/10 would not recommend

  I ordered via the app for delivery. I ordered an Oven Roasted Turkey wrap with extra lettuce and green peppers and baja chipotle sauce, a Soda and bag of chips. I received a wrap with BARELY any lettuce or green peppers. It was ALL turkey. I did not get my soda. I attempted to call the store 4 times. All 4 attempts just kept ringing and ringing until the call disconnected at around 2 minutes of ringing.
