  Noemi went above and beyond for me when I shipped several items to Florida. She was so helpful with making sure that items would be packed safely, and strategic with the shipping box sizes and shipping time. I highly recommend this UPS store

  All staff at this location are helpful and patient. Also appreciate the self-service machine. Rarely ever a line.

  I had to stop and to The UPS store to send something out and I've never done it before. Noemi was working and was very patient and professional and helpful towards me. I'm such a mess I even knocked over her pens, and yet she still found a way to make my shipping needs even easier and made sure I wasn't charged fees that I was about to pay and didn't have to. I don't think workers like Noemi get enough credit for their wealth of knowledge, easy-going personalities and hard work. If you happen to stop in there, or anywhere that somebody deserves some credit for the work that they do that nobody seems to really appreciate, make sure you let them know. It can really make somebody's day very positive when other people can be trying to make it negative. Thank you Noemi for the job you do well. I hope you are appreciated

  Several customers arrived today, and found out that you are closed on Sunday. Your information on the website, and on the front door needs to be updated ! We all ended up at the Highland Park store because of this!
