  So I followed all the rules for a delivery that needed a signature. Put sign on my door and left instructions on which door on Fed Ex app. They didn’t leave either delivery because they delivered to a different door. Called Fed ex and they appeased me. Didn’t trust them and left door tag and both signature consents on BOTH doors. They still couldn’t get it right. Didn’t deliver AGAIN. Called Fed ex again and got the same appeasement. Told rep to let me know by TEXT if I have to pick my packages up on Brush College Rd center. Ridiculous. Asked why they didn’t leave packages even though I followed all the directions to receive them without being home. Couldn’t give me an answer. Can’t contact driver. Yeah sure. Tell the delivery guy to leave my packages and take the required papers. Sick of this crap.

  I do not want a AI operator, I want to talk to a real person. FedEx always gets delayed, their communication sucks. I wish people would quit using them
