  Piss poor customer service , They change people like changing baby diapers ,I really hate to go in this store , They never have sim card they tell you have to go to store down south , If you purchase a phone at Walmart and it's a at&t phone they will tell you they can't turn it on because it won't work .a lie it's a sales pitch to buy a phone there , And you buy a cricket phone at Walmart they don't like messing with it again because didn't buy there . I use not have a problem use to be great customer service , these people don't care just to make a dollar , THE POINT IS THEY ARE THERE TO HELP CUSTOMERS , SO IF I BUY A PHONE IN STORE OR A PLACE THAT SALES ATT AND CRICKET IT DONT MATTER ITS A CRICKET STORE AND THESE TWO PHONES OPERATE OFF CRICKET , IF CRICKET DONT WANT TO HELP BECAUSE YOU BOUGHT PHONE AT WALMART THEN CRICKT NEEDS TO TALK TO WALMART AND GET CRICKET REPS INSIDE WALMART AND BE ABLE TO GET INTO YOUR CRICKET ACOUNT . IF I GO SOUTH I DONT HAVE A PROBLEM GREAT SERVICE . SAD I LIVE UP NORTH HATE GOING TO STORE BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS , SO I HAVE TO DRIVE SOUTH TO GET GOOD SERVICE . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AT CRICKET DOWN SOUTH
