  My package was delivered successfully, so that was great, but when I dropped off my item for shipping I was given a register receipt but no shipping receipt/tracking number for the shipment. I had to return to the store two days later after realizing I had no tracking number or shipping receipt. When I picked it up I saw also that they signed the shipping form for me (i.e. forged my signature) because the signature to approve the shipping bore no resemblance to mine. I guess they take shortcuts here, and bypass normal processes, when they feel like it, and don't bother to tell the customer.

  Sent a 32lb box from Crystal lake il to Oahu and cost $250.00 plus $ 83.00 for box in Oahu. Is this normal? No rush on package. Staff wonderful and even gave me a discount. I know, that was with a discount. Will definitely cancel the mailbox and most definitely not use UPS. I’m all for free market and wish him success. Live and learn.
