  I went to this UPS to return a product to Amazon. Emma helped me! Excellent customer service! All the employees seemed to work well together. I highly recommend this location. The adorable, friendly dog is a plus!

  I almost always come to this location not only because the staff is friendly and helpful, but to see the store mascot, Dodger! He's sweet and can brighten just about anyone's day. The staff is always so quick to get people taken care of and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend this location.

  My package was delivered successfully, so that was great, but when I dropped off my item for shipping I was given a register receipt but no shipping receipt/tracking number for the shipment. I had to return to the store two days later after realizing I had no tracking number or shipping receipt. When I picked it up I saw also that they signed the shipping form for me (i.e. forged my signature) because the signature to approve the shipping bore no resemblance to mine. I guess they take shortcuts here, and bypass normal processes, when they feel like it, and don't bother to tell the customer.
