  I personally am pleased with the crete subway especially in comparison with the south chicago heights one, but, I was delivered someone elses food on 7/30/26 at 9:05 pm. I have ring cameras so I saw the man walked to my door, bent down and left a package. I waited for him to leave because I don't open my door when not expecting anyone. It was subway sandwiches/2 of them in a bag. I brought them inside and called crete subway right away. after many rings, no answer. so beings I had nothing better to do, and on the receipt someone else bought these sandwiches for someone else, I wanted to tell the subway employees the bag was unopened and they could come back for it and deliver it to the right hungry person. Of course without anyone answering the phone for 25 minutes that didn't happen. I don't eat turkey so guess what happened to those two sandwiches? no business should run without phone service and no business should put up with employees not answering the phone. You are open until 930 and orders should be taken up to that time, not clean up and don't answer the phone. Sad someone might have been not feeling well and didn't eat last night because of a wrong delivery and non answered phone.

  Every time I visit this location, it's a pleasant experience. The 2 young ladies who were working last night, Chloe and Ericka, were very polite, provided excellent customer service, and made my sandwich accurately and swiftly. I also noticed that the lobby was very clean. 5 stars
