  RACISMo AT FEDEX. It’s wrong to judge someone just because they look Latino and are assumed not to have an ID—and it’s even worse to be judged by a person of color (a racist one, I’d say). I just wanted to send a small package of cookies, and the employee told me it might be drugs and couldn't be shipped. I told him he could open the package to see what was inside, but he refused. Then he made up an excuse about needing a valid state ID, saying, "I don't think you have one, so I can't help you." RACISMo—or a lack of training, though I doubt that's the case when working in an area with a large Latino population; so that leaves only RACISM. I hope someone does something about this; it isn't right to prejudge people...

  Although I came at 9:36am, it was open and only one customer inside at the time. The lady here is quite knowledgeable and efficiently effective. She communicates clearly as well.
