Made an order online for pickup at 9:00 PM. When I got there, the door was locked, but thankfully a kind woman employee immediately opened the door and handed me my Subway order.
Immediately after, I placed another online order for 9:25 PM. Mind you, the store hours displayed online, on Google, and everywhere else say they close at 10:00 PM. When I returned for my second order, the lights were off. I called the store repeatedly on the phone just to let them know I was outside. A man behind the counter saw me, shook his hand “no,” and refused to acknowledge the order even after I showed him my phone confirming it had been placed.
Honestly, why advertise business hours that aren’t accurate? I ended up with no sandwich, but they still got my money.
