  Went in to this store to get a case for a phone I bought at another cricket store. The young women told me I needed the case plus a screen protector since the case didn't come with one ..i bought both and went out to my car to put on the case and realized that a screen protector was included in the box with the case..2 minutes later I went back into the store with the receipt to return the $20 screen protector and the woman told me thay don't do returns and there is nothing she can do about it.the staff have no clue on the products Thay sell and have horrible customer service. I've been a customer with cricket for 8 years and would not be returning to this store or recommend them at all
