  Gina is the best! Working with her through my transition of changing insurance, and adding additional coverage made it seem simple. She was efficient and it is nice to have someone as a personal contact who can competently get things done.   During the recent storms in the Chicago area on July 27th, we experienced a power loss that shut down our sump pump and led to the flooding of my basement. I called Billy Storrs Jr and I could not be happier with the immediate response I received. He provided me all the information I needed to file the claim, walked me through the process and and eased my concern, as the coverage he recommended to me in my policy will cover the damages. I highly recommend Billy, for his honesty, integrity and concern for his clients. In todays world it's rare to get a human on the phone when you call, in Billy you have that and someone who will take action for you and fit your policy to you and your family's needs.
