  I want to share my experience concerning a problem with signing into my account with Allstate. After trying for over one hour I decided to call Allstate and asked to speak with Evelyn Ortega, I told her the problem that I had. Evelyn stayed on the phone with me for at least 2 hours or more. She was very patient and assisted me in resolving my issue. I'm so grateful for her kindness and understanding of my situation. Because of her professionalism I can now sign into my account.
