  I have been to many FedEx offices including this one for years. I have not a had a woman employee be mean and ignorant. She makes you scan any package you are sending out that 3rd party gave you the label for. She refuses to scan it at the desk as the kiosk crap is what she says you have to use. Do not use this location pick somewhere else such as Walgreens.

  I've visited this location many times, and every visit has been a positive experience. The staff always greet customers when they walk in and do their best to help everyone, even when the store is extremely busy. Recently, while waiting in line, I've noticed how patient and professional the employees remain when dealing with some very disrespectful customers. On one occasion, I even witnessed a customer secretly taking pictures of the staff, which I found very inappropriate and unsettling. Seeing how the employees handled difficult situations with professionalism made me feel compelled to leave this review. The team at this location works hard, treats customers with respect, and deserves recognition for the way they continue to provide great service despite challenging interactions. Thank you for all that you do.
