Most ridiculous experience I've ever had online ordering. I just ordered a chicken sandwich combo off the Wingstop app. About 30 minutes later, I get a text from the driver asking if someone already picked up my order. I sent them my confirmation email and the order status saying it was being cooked, and the driver told me that they didn't have the order come through. They told me that the employees said to re-order. I called the store instead, and a worker told me to contact door dash. When I said I ordered it through Wingstop not door dash, he said "one moment" and had me on hold for 10 minutes. Then another worker answered and she said they'd remade my order 3 times but apparently my order had been stolen all 3 times? What the actual hell is happening in there that allowed my order to get stolen three times. I'm glad I called because I would've ordered again and been charged twice for one meal. I totally understand that mistakes happen, but what happens after the mistake is what matters. The workers getting an attitude with me for a mistake that's not my fault or their fault is uncalled for. I just wanted the food that I paid for. And cherry on top, when it arrived there were missing items. The ranch that comes with the sandwich and the mango habanero dip. I tipped the driver extra when she got here cause she was actually helpful and understood that it was a stupid situation. Waiting an hour and a half for one meal with missing items is crazy, especially when I was the one that had to rectify the mistake! And the workers just seemed annoyed that I didn't want to get double charged and was just calling for confirmation on what was happening.

- the music is so loud you can't hear one another.
- the mgr on duty was extremely unprofessional, rude, and petty. I was picking up a DD order. Mgr told me they were put of lemonade so I called the customer and he said get DP instead. Now, after the food was ready, she was still trying to change flavors in the machine. I politely asked her how much longer it would take and she got triggered by that. Afterwards, I asked her if she could have made my DP before she started trying to change flavors. She just stared at me, and only after I lwt her know that she was ignoring me did she answer "no". I think she lied about that, though.
She got so angry that she took the bag of food off the counter and put it back on the rack behind the counter. She then told me she would block me from the store.
Her rude and unprofessional behavior took food out of my customer's mouth and money put of my pocket. This isn't the job for her since she doesn't have adequate customer service skills and etiquette.

Great service going to this location! I decided to give them another try after a rude experience in the past, and it was a complete 360. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the visit much better this time around. I will definitely be coming back!

Not Sanitary, TWICE I've seen one of the ladies lick her fingers after touching food and this is without gloves. She did not wash her hands afterwards either this location just needs to do better, I avoid this location on purpose because of this.
