Not sure if I'm spelling his name correctly but Damien was amazing. My wife was having problems with her phone and Damien took care of it for us. Very polite and helpful. Would definitely suggest going and seeing him for your phone needs. He also deserves a raise or some type of reward for his excellent customer service.

Laneisha is THE best example of how customer service should be handled that I have experienced in 10 years. Give that lady a BIG raise! PS MY BACKGROUND IS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The staff were great! Shoutout to Laneisha who was very friendly and helpful with my phone upgrade. She assisted me in finding a decent upgrade in my price range, and then helped me transfer over numbers and programs. Great experience, thanks again!

Damien Huff and LaNeisha McKinney were unbelievably good! They set up my phone and made it user friendly and did an excellent job! Been to a lot of Cricket stores but this beat them all! So professional and knowledgeable!
