After making the grave mistake of going up the street to AutoZone, I arrived at Advanced Auto Parts and they not only corrected all of AutoZone’s mistakes but they also treated me with respect and made sure I left with a smile on my face. Brain was incredibly Knowledgeable and kind to me. He also made sure I had absolutely everything I needed for the job! I will never make the mistake of buying my auto parts from anyone else again. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts and thank you Brain! Y’all have a loyal customer for life.

I stopped there with my 1984 Monte Carlo to get the error codes read as I got a check engine light on the way down from Chicago. Since I have an OBD1 on the Monte, the scanner would not work. Luis took it upon himself to research how to read the codes from the OBD1 port without the scanner. It said I was having a running rich condition, a bad 02 possibly, so I felt comfortable driving back home. No other auto place in town took such an initiative. Luis is a Great asset to the Advance Auto Corporation and made me a lifelong customer ! Thank you Luis !!!
