  Purchased a phone and they offered progressive leasing and the girl didn't explain nothing to us just said we would have the phone paid in 3 months and own it but we're actually paying $3,000 for a phone that cost alittle over $1,000 . horrible service and employee should be alittle more knowledgeable before offering things.

  The Store was ok. My problem was with Cricket Corporation. I switched to a different company, but only because Corporate broke the last straw.
