  Place an order online, it said order would be ready in 15min and checked the notication online and my order was ready for pick up, showed up and they said I have to wait another 15 min. Need to hire better workers.

  I understand high volume of orders but my order took long and once i got home i opened my order only to find undercooked chicken wings some still pink. Staff said they left them the amount of time that is recommended was the response from the so-called supervisor, which I thought was the supervisor the only thing they told me is to go back and they would give me fresh ones more Cook, but I don’t live around that area. Just stop by to that specific Wingstop because i was in the area very disappointing had to get home and cook them

  Ordered bone in wings. We are need up getting bone out. They couldn’t put the right amount of sauce on the wings. These wings were over salted. It’s a-shame they couldn’t get the order right. I ordered around 8pm on a Wednesday as I walked in the didn’t seem busy at all. We literally had to throw away the food. One order of fry’s were over cooked. Food cost and cost of living is up at the moment and for this company not be able to prepare a meal as how the customer orders it is upsetting. You need to do better.

  3rd time my order didn't arrive! Don't or delivery from here they always steal your orders. We called them directly and they said our order was still being prepared and no one picked it up yet. Afterwards we reported it to doordash and they called wingstop directly. Wingstop said it was picked up and delivered. They most likely have some type of scam going on here! The door dash delivery shows a blank picture for proof of delivery(obviously stolen by the driver)
