  I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop. I placed a pickup order with a promised pickup time of 12:55 AM, and the store was scheduled to close at 1:00 AM. When I arrived, the app showed my order as “Ready for Pickup,” but the employee told me it had already been picked up. What made the experience worse was that I watched the employee mark another order as “ready” without preparing it, which made me question whether my order had actually been made. When I asked if they could remake my order, I was first told it had been given to the wrong person, and then I was told they wouldn’t remake it because it was already 1:00 AM. The staff was unhelpful, gave inconsistent explanations, and did not attempt to resolve the issue. I left without my food despite arriving before closing and on time for my scheduled pickup. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
