  This is by far the worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. Not only did they get my order wrong, but the customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in. Nobody greeted me when I came in. I stood there waiting while the employees just looked at me instead of acknowledging me or letting me know someone would be with me. When they finally spoke, they were rude and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, I called before coming back and specifically told them they gave me boneless wings when I ordered bone-in. They told me to come back, so I made the trip. Once I got there, the employee tried to tell me that I ordered boneless, even though I had already explained the situation over the phone. Then they said they couldn’t exchange the food after all. If you knew you weren’t going to fix the order, why tell me to come back in the first place? You could have told me that over the phone instead of wasting my time and making me come all the way back for nothing. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service at this location is unacceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

  Service was decent, but food was borderline horrible. The garlic parmesan sauce on my wings tasted like what stinky feet smell like. It was pretty disgusting. I, unfortunately, will not be patronizing Wing Stop any longer. FYI, this is exactly what's wrong with food franchises in America. So sad. There is literally nothing this business can do to change my mind except completely change their business model, suppliers, and the way they source and prepare their food—which is unlikely, unfortunately.
