  They gonna say they close at 2am and when I place a pick up at 12 the door locked and I gotta wait in a long drive through. Plus their attitude is nasty.

  Had to wait over 40 minutes for two DoorDash orders because a very long line and they can’t seem to knock out orders at a fast food restaurant. This is unacceptable. Please hire more work or I don’t know.

  Trash cans overfull outside and non-existent inside. Grabbed a to-go order and didn't look back.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. They allowed me to place an order, took my money, and never delivered my food because apparently no delivery driver showed up. I called the store, and the woman on the phone refused to give me her name or provide any real help. What made it worse is that today is Friday, and she told me I have to wait until Monday just to find out why my order was never delivered and when I’ll get my refund. Completely unacceptable customer service. People work hard for their money — do not spend yours here if you expect professionalism or accountability. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.
