  I got a chicken bone :( Thankfully never had a horrible experience here, the workers are cool, the place is always clean. It's just this one time.

  Not sure who is to blame because they are playing the blame game. Only half our order arrived and it was cold. When we called the delivery driver he said the restaurant took long and only gave him 1 bag and we would have to call the restaurant for them to fix the problem. So we called the restaurant and they said we would have to order something and pay for it and have it delivered. I told them that was ridiculous because I would have to pay twice for something that they messed up. So I told them I want them to cancel the part that they didn't deliver and they said they cant do partial refunds. So I told them that I want a full refund then since I didn't get my full order and they tried to say that we have to come in to get our food if we wanted it. I have had only bad experiences with wingstop and delivery service.
