  Pre order ahead of time, food was never ready at the specific time we asked for. Always end up waiting for another 20-30mins. When question them about it, they said that was the time they got the order which is some bull excuses. Been a long time customer here but it will be my last. Employees are not apologetic at all. They were very rude and they don’t care about their customer at all. I will be taking my money somewhere else because they obviously don’t care about customer retention.

  So the fry’s were cold already when i got them. The wings were alright but some i had to rip the chicken off and i didn’t like that. i ordered the 30 for 30 wings for my family and i. I expected 30 and paid 30 and when i counted them i only got 29. Would appreciate a free wing next time. Then they didnt have a garbage can to throw the food away so i had to throw it away in the washroom.. Lastly they dont have a changing station for babies. So overall i give this place a three…
