    I cannot express enough how completely incapable WingStop is. I ordered delivery through their app, and they cancelled my order because the driver stole the food. They then refused to refund me all of my money. They refunded me $48.19 for a $68.48 transaction. I have tried to get in touch with the restaurant, corporate, everyone. They first told me I got a full refund, which wasn’t true. They then told me they added a $20 credit to my DoorDash account (I didn’t even order through DoorDash, I ordered directly through their website)! I seriously am so frustrated. I got 0 services and they are just keeping $20 for no reason. Seriously, I do not recommend ordering any sort of delivery through them. This is ridiculous and predatory behavior. You’re better off ordering through a third party service, like uber eats than using their own app. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever received in my entire life.

    The place was a total mess, and none of the several employees standing around were making any effort to clean the establishment, including clearing the dirty tables. There was no ice available for the fountain drinks and the soda was coming out of the fountain machine room temperature; Although when I questioned it the manager did provide me with a cold bottle of soda from the fridge. I waited several minutes for the bathroom to be able to wash my hands and use the toilet, and was denied and instructed to use the soda machine to wash my hands. I will definitely not be returning to this place.

    Hit the Wingstop in the Loop for a quick lunch run and it did the job. Grabbed a 10pc combo with lemon pepper + mango habanero, large fries and extra ranch, plus a drink. Food came out hot, fresh, and saucy in the best way. Staff was cool and everything moved quick even with a small rush.

    I order my food online and picked it up the service was unprofessional ! They didn’t have ice for the drinks and when I got home my food was even cooked barley sauce on it. The sauce looking like they just seasoned it and threw it in the box I called up there to tell them she told me to come back they fix their mistakes Just for them to have a attitude didn’t give what she said she was giving
