  I went to pick up my order as soon as I received the notification that it was ready. When I arrived, the display board also showed that the order was ready, but the employee told me it wasn't. I tried to show her that my order was ready, but she ignored me. There were four staff members there just chatting—why notify me that the order was ready in the first place? It was awful; I’m in shock.

  Consistently late with orders when placed online. I’ve tried this location several times, always late/cold. Highly recommend you go to the other Wingstop location on Milwaukee near Damen.
