  I always have an issue with this location. This time it was because I ordered 20 wings and out of all 20 with five different flavors. I got two flats and the rest drums . Which is a huge disappointment and should never happen I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but if you guys are gonna charge extra to have a whole specific part, then you should also make sure to disperse them FAIRLY and EVENLY if we don’t want to pay that extra. And then there wasn’t enough seasoning or sauce on any of the chicken at all I couldn’t even tell the difference between the lemon pepper and the lemon pepper chili crisp. When I called the restaurant and told them they told me “ you’re gonna get whatever we have to give “ come on now I know you guys not just giving all drumsticks to everybody today. I believe they knew it was my order because I had an issue with them just the other week and I’m still waiting for my refund now it was for about $36! And with that order, they gave me two of the wrong flavors. I think this specific location needs retraining for their managers, crew leads and staff because they have extremely poor customer service and communication skills with no type of sympathy at all. I mean all the service is pretty much wings; it’s not that hard to not fail.
