  Store says it opens at 10:30am. Got here at 10:32am on a Saturday and the store was open and the employees were ready to take my order. They were friendly and fast, my order took about 5 minutes and I was out and the food was delicious.

  I regularly order food from Wingstop, and honestly, I’m getting tired of the constant delays. Every time, the estimated time on the screen says one thing, but in reality, the order takes much longer. What’s even more frustrating is that there’s barely any crowd. Sometimes it’s just my order and maybe one other, yet it still isn’t ready on time. This doesn’t seem like a volume issue — it looks more like a problem with organization. I understand delays can happen occasionally, but when it happens every single time, it becomes a consistent issue. Also, from time to time, there is a noticeable smell of marijuana inside the restaurant, which is not appropriate for a food establishment and makes the experience uncomfortable. It would be much better if you either provided accurate wait times or improved the preparation process, because right now the service does not match expectations.
