  10 stars, for real. Had an amazing experience with the watch repair I needed lol. They returned it in way better condition then what I had dropped off for them. They then offered to polish and service the watch while they had it at the service center for free. Also, they gave me a nice watch case and coffee table book as a parting gift. Great communication the whole time. Vacheron is top notch all around and this dealer is great example of what customer service can be.

  I had a fantastic experience at the Chicago boutique this week. David was incredibly personable and knowledgeable about watches. He guided me through their impressive collection, explaining each timepiece's unique features with enthusiasm. The store's welcoming atmosphere and exquisite selection made the visit enjoyable. Thanks to David and the team, it was a memorable shopping experience. Highly recommend!

  My brother and I went in there completely not looking to buy, just to have a look at what pieces they had in the store. Dave and the team were more than happy to facilitate us and it was a really special experience. We saw some insane watches, an Overseas Tourbillon was my highlight. Left with a VC catalogue and a huge smile on our faces.

  My wife and I came to view some pieces that were not available. Our salesperson (Naomi) didn't let that stand in the way of showing us a good time. We sat in the private room and tried several pieces to learn more about the history of the brand. It was such a special experience that my wife was even pleased. (She hates me dragging her around for my watch obsession) We were invited to come back anytime for a coffee and visit. The whole group was so kind.
