  The service at this location has been inconsistent, but my most recent experience was unacceptable and fell well below the standard of customer service I would expect from Tiffany & Co. I had previously dropped off an item for repair and returned to the store to pick it up. Upon arrival, the first interaction I had with the employee was an abrupt demand to see my ID. I understand that identification may be required as part of the pickup process, but the manner in which this was handled was unnecessarily confrontational. Throughout the interaction, I was not offered a seat, water, or anything else to drink, despite this being something I have routinely experienced at this location and at other Tiffany & Co. stores. I was also asked to remain standing in the front of the store while the employee retrieved my item. On previous visits, I have been offered a private room while waiting and shopping, so this was noticeably different from the level of service I have experienced at this location in the past. The employee's tone and demeanor remained curt and unprofessional throughout the interaction. This was particularly disappointing given that I am a somewhat longtime customer and had paid a decent amount for the repair. I have no issue with an employee following company procedures, including requesting identification. My concern is the manner in which those procedures were communicated and the overall treatment I received. The interaction was inconsistent with the level of professionalism and customer service I would expect from Tiffany & Co. I hope management reviews this experience and addresses the conduct appropriately. Customers should be treated with professionalism and courtesy regardless of the circumstances, and this interaction did not meet that standard.

  I was served by a lovely gentleman named Quinn. He provided excellent customer service. If you make an appointment with this store I recommend making it with Quinn.

  This place was so amazing. Me and my wife are more than happy and satisfied with the service we had experienced for our 19th Anniversary and making it memorable. Our customer agent HIROMI was so great and very accommodating with stellar customer care. We highly appreciated and recommended her for a one of a kind Tiffany & Co experience.
