    They charge for everything tape $2,50 label $3 on riverside they don't charge for anything

    I had went there for the first time since usps had lost a couple of time the packages that i had sent to michigan and I got to say I was very satisfied with the delivery it got there on time and even before my grandbaby birthday .and the staff at this store helped me with everything his name is josh and I was really surprised at how fast and safe the package got there from now on I will go there they are friendly too

    Came in to drop off a package, I don’t send out packages so this is something new for me. The male employee was not helpful and didn’t want to help and the manager (Carmen) was extremely unprofessional and rude. She told me I can scan my package myself I told her no I can’t. She told me “we don’t have to take your package”. I’m assuming UPS hired them in case customers need assistance or have questions yet they didn’t want to assist and clearly hate their job. UPS DO BETTER AND HIRE PROFESSIONALS SPECIALLY TO MANAGE A STORE AND EMPLOYEES!! (Just seen all the bad reviews on customer service when it comes to this location) UPS really needs to do better and hire better employees that actually want to work. Starting with professional managers because it all starts with the manager. UPDATE!! MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER SENT OUT.
