  Had a great experience with employees. They made my day after a typical bad experience at the DMV - very easy to work with UPS team. They are professionals. Would highly recommend printing and laminating here.

  You expect more from a national brand, but it’s just a functional stop. It got the job done without fuss, though the lighting was a bit harsh. Felt a bit empty inside, not the kind of community feel you might anticipate.

  Awesome service every time at the UPS Dearborn Station location in Chicago. They are quick and my mail gets delivered on time. But most importantly, the staff are patient, helpful and kind.

  I visited your UPS Store for a notary service, which was advertised at $5. However, I was charged an additional $8 under “Other Services” without my knowledge or consent. When I asked what the extra charge was for and explained that I did not agree to it, I was told that it had been added by the store manager. I believe this charge is unfair and would appreciate an explanation and a refund of the unauthorized fee.
