  beware of dropping off 'sealed and prepaid label' packages at this UPS location... we were charged $5 for a return to 'room and board'... this should have been free of charge... the staff was also very rude in their customer interaction

  Ola did an incredible job helping my best friend. Amazing customer service. And super friendly. The negative reviews I read are because people don’t understand small business model that they need to cover their cost to operate and they need to charge fees to provide great service like ola did. Honestly people should only leave review based on service. Because if you don’t like the fees. Then don’t come here lol. Again highly recommend and thank you, Ola.

  TLDR: avoid the headache that comes with this place, go to another UPS store. I echo what many people on here have said previously. I dropped off a pre-paid package at this store, as I have done thrice with no issue. This time, they charged me a $5 handling fee and could not tell me if there was another store that wouldn’t charge! After reaching out to them, I found out this store only accepts prepaid returns for Amazon, Happy Returns, and USPS returns. Because they are in a hotel and operating as a third party, they are technically allowed to do this. I am extremely frustrated I didn’t check the reviews before coming to this store, so don’t make the same mistake I did!
