  Disappointing experience at this location. I was told it would cost $2 to print one prepaid shipping label, while another UPS location only charged me 50 cents. When I asked for clarification, the employee was short, dismissive, and spoke to me in a belittling tone, insisting that scanning and printing a label had “never been a thing.” Two other locations explained the policy to me politely and professionally. My main issue was not the fee, but the rude and unhelpful customer service.

  Drove an hour to come to this location because the UPS website says last pickup for next day service is 8:30. Got there at 8, dropped my package off and the lady said it might not go out. What do you mean ma'am? Well if they don't come before I leave, I'm not waiting. Huh? I paid all this money, drove an hour and my package may not go out. I'm beyond upset and disappointed

  Hardly ever leave a bad review but it was frustrating experience... They were really kind on reaching out and let me know that my package arrived. There was a misunderstanding on my end on the holding fee... I use ups regularly so used to paying 5$... When I asked if they could let me know the rate of size of packages the response from this individual was extremely rude and unprofessional. Sucks really like working with UPS but this just truly left a bad taste.
