  I always use this UPS store when I visit Chicago for conferences. I’m extremely satisfied with their kindness and helpfulness in resolving any issues with my packages. I was even able to communicate with them via email, which made things very convenient. They are quite reliable and responsive! Highly recommended!

  AMAZING!!! Customer service is excellent. Friendly, fast, helpful, trustworthy. I dropped off a package and 1 hour later returned to pull an item out of the package that accidentally got in there. They let me get my package, get what i needed, and package it back up!! Definitely choose this location as your go-to, if you live nearby.

  I dropped off a package here and it was lost. I got a receipt for the drop off and 6 days later the status hadn’t updated. The representative who picked up the phone was very nice and tried to help me the best that she could but there was nothing that could be done. I get that things like this happen but this was my first and last time using this location to ship, I’ve shipped with UPS many times and rarely have issues. Overall a very frustrating situation because the package was very important and I expect better handling. Avoid this location.
