  I never got something notarized before and for my first time it did not go well. I did not know I had to sign my document in from of the notary, and she did not say anything just stamped and let me go. My document then got denied at the Illinois state department, after waiting 40 min in the waiting section, because my signature was not on there. After some research I learned that signing a document in front of a notary is common practice and the notary should’ve known that. I came back after my denied document to get it re notarized and the notary had no idea what I was talking about and made me pay again for the service that she did not accurately accomplish the first time. Anyway then I went back to get submit my document and had to wait another 40 minutes.

  $3 to use a computer to print something. Most unhelpful and rude staff too.

  This team is very kind and truly goes above and beyond to assist with my mailbox services: from storing my packages, helping me to the car or forwarding mail when I am on vacation. Great Job, Keep up the great work!!!! :)

  Multiple emails sent to this store about $120 worth of lost merchandise. Not a single reply. This is a store I did a lot of business with prior...a store I considered my go-to UPS store. It's a pretty terrible way to treat a loyal customer. I feel like a customer here is nothing more than just a number. The owner could care less and that's a shame.
