  The front desk staff is very helpful every time I visit. I am local to the area and prioritize coming here to drop off my packages because its always a positive and efficient experience.

  This location has consistently been so helpful, kind, and staffed well. I had a huge 80 lb box I was worried about. A kind young man helped me out with ease!! Thank you so much!

  Came in to return two UPS packages. One small and one medium. The staff didn’t accept my medium sized box because they said corporate was visiting this afternoon and they wanted the store/storage area to “look good”. There was plenty of visible space and the box in question was not that big by any means. They suggested we go to another nearby UPS store to drop off and pointed us the store owner’s business card. The phone number went straight to the store phone where the staff continued to vacuum the carpeting while we stood there. If you’re planning on stopping by to drop off your packages, I wouldn’t bother with this location.
