  The front desk staff is very helpful every time I visit. I am local to the area and prioritize coming here to drop off my packages because its always a positive and efficient experience.

  A few days ago I returned a bigger size package and paid $4.40 for the packaging (plastic bag) and today returning a smaller item I had to pay $8 for the packaging. The employee's response to my question about the price difference was: 'There's nothing at this store for that cost'. I just pulled up my bank account statement to double check the price - I paid $4.40. The problem is not the $8 price (but all that adds up), the problem is the price difference and inconsistencies in the answer. The package I mailed today was way smaller than the one a few days ago...
