  I went in to mail a small package. I was immediately greeted by Aki and Hugo. I should say properly and politely greeted. They said " good afternoon sir". I was so happy not be called DUDE, BOSS, OR CHIEF. Rare to find such polite young men these days , especially when you are a senior citizen. Hugo helped me with the paperwork and got the package off to its destination. When I left I actually felt good about the store and the interaction. If I need mail services in the future I will be using this store. A comment for the owner... The only difference between UPS STORES are the people who work there. Keep hiring people like Aki and Hugo and you will have many satisfied customers!

  All staff are friendly. I am in often, I have a mailbox, I’ve been a customer for 35 years. I’ve traveled all over the USA, and Russia, Mexico, Panama, Ireland, Jamaica, Mongolia, among other places. When I call/Email in, staff tell me what I have, I say what I’d like them to send me, abs it’s done. They are expert packers too. The federal and state government let me put this store’s address as my address (even passport and IRS), because they (agencies) want to be sure that I’ll get my mail. If you decide to interview the dudes, my buddies, in consideration of getting a mailbox or considering this YOS store as yours, please tell ‘em that “Planet” (my nickname of 50 years) recommended them to you!
