Let me take all of my furniture out of my car to just tell me to put it back and schedule a pick up

Don't use this store to pack and ship anything valuable or fragile! I used them to ship some delicate vintage lamps and they damaged the shades by wrapping them too tightly even after I warned the manager that they were fragile.

Absurdly overpriced compared to almost every UPS Store I’ve been to nationwide. Charging $3 just to print an email is already excessive, but then adding a $5 notary fee PLUS a $6 “clerical fee” for a basic notarization is ridiculous. The pricing feels predatory for routine services that most places handle at a fraction of the cost. Left feeling taken advantage of over something that should have been simple and affordable.

Worst UPS experience I’ve ever had. I brought my NUULY return to this location like I always do and have never experienced such poor customer service. The man working the register on 05/06/26 around 12:10 PM was extremely condescending and rude. He insisted that I needed to scan the return myself before dropping it off, which I have never had to do before at any UPS location. When I explained that I already had a prepaid label, he spoke down to me, shook his head at me, and acted like I was an inconvenience for simply asking a question.
I completely understand that policies may vary, but there is a professional way to communicate with customers. The interaction felt unnecessarily disrespectful and dismissive. I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated over what should have been a simple return drop-off.
