  Cadarro was the nicest most polite clerk I’ve ever seen!!!! He helped me immensely and was polite and professional and just wonderful!!!! I wish there were more Cadarros in this world!!! What a gem!

  Grishma and Niyeara were incredibly warm and friendly and greeting me in the newly designed space with such a welcome - they made me feel like a regular. What an easy breezy stress free and utterly convenient package drop off! Phenomenal customer service! Thank you!

  Allow me to elaborate since the owner would like to go back and forth. The only person who had good customer service was the owner Kevin. The young lady who was “assisting” me was not knowledgeable whatsoever. She stated that there was a three dollar service fee for printing a label, packaging and bagging the item. And a $.20 fee for using the printer for black and white copies. Anticipating that my grand total would be $3.20. Once emailing the UPS label to the email provided and handing her the item my total was three dollars. She stated that she would need the bag which contradicts her previous statement, indicating that the service fee includes packaging and bagging. Her communication was inconsistent. Providing misinformation constitutes as poor service. It is clear that the owner may not have jurisdiction on company fees. However, If employees are being paid hourly for their labor, why is there an extra service fee for printing something on their end? The $.20 print fee makes sense. A three dollar service fee does not especially if I also have to provide my own packaging materials.
