I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store.
On June 4th, I visited the store to return a package. The representative placed the new shipping label on the box but failed to remove or properly cover the old label, even though I specifically asked for it to be removed or covered. As a result, the package was delivered back to my home address instead of reaching its intended destination.
To resolve the issue, I had to spend additional time contacting the company, explaining the situation, and requesting a new return label because the original one had expired. I then returned to the UPS Store expecting them to help correct a mistake that originated during my previous visit.
Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me refused to provide her name, was extremely rude and dismissive, and took no responsibility for the error. Rather than offering a reasonable solution or showing any concern for the inconvenience caused, she insisted that I pay additional fees to print the replacement label.
Mistakes happen, but customer service is measured by how those mistakes are handled. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic courtesy I experienced was unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the way I was treated as a customer.
I hope management addresses both the training and customer service standards at this location to prevent similar experiences for others.
I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store today around 12 PM. The employee/owner, Karla, was extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I came in needing help with printing, and instead of assisting me, she rushed me, spoke down to me, and even made comments that made me feel disrespected because I did not know how to use the printer.
She kept referring to charges and made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I was also concerned by the way she treated the young woman working there. I overheard inappropriate and disrespectful comments toward her employee, including remarks about cleaning up things falling from the ceiling and calling her names. The way she spoke to her was unacceptable.
At one point, Karla left the store for about 30 minutes while the young lady was left handling all the customers by herself. During my visit, I still did not receive the help I needed with my printing, and then I was told I would be charged $10, which seemed like an unfair overcharge for the service.
Overall, the customer service was extremely poor. A business owner or manager should treat customers and employees with respect. I hope this issue is addressed because no one should feel embarrassed or disrespected while trying to use a service.

Visited the location at 1245 S Michigan Ave on 6/10 At 11:35am. The employee was extremely rude in explaining something to me. Her tone of voice and manner of explaining process to me was uncalled for. Unfortunately this is the closest UPS to me so I have to go here (to be fair, there are very nice people that work there as well which is the only reason I’m not giving a 1 star review).
Excellent service. Everything is always sent properly.
The lady that worked there at Saturday at 2PM (she refused to give me her name) was absolutely horrible. Her male colleague was awesome, though! If you are able to, ask for him instead.
