  I needed shipping label printed for a package I was shopping via UPS. I was told it was nearly 3 and a half dollars to print a single shipping label. When I questioned the high cost they told me to go to a coffee shop and ask for a free coffee. So I walked to a coffee shop. I asked them for a glass of water and if they could print a single page for me. Both were free. Customer Service at this location was the worst I've ever experienced. Who ever hired such a hateful and heartless manager should be ashamed of themselves. I'm shipping a document via UPs using a label that I already paid for. Paying an extra 3+ dollars is extortion.

  Great experience!! The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The store was clean and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated the good customer service and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
