  Tall guy with glasses has the worst customer service manners. Made me never want to go back there again. I was so annoyed, I ended up going to another store.

  This male customer had a really bad attitude; he charged me $4, and even though I decided not to mail the item, he still deducted $1.

  I had an appointment through First Advantage at 8 am on July 30, 2026, to provide my fingerprints for a background check. When I arrived, I was told there was no one at the store who knew how to use the fingerprint machine and that I could not complete the fingerprint process. I was told that this was because of new management/ownership. You should not allow appointments at your location if you are not able to provide the fingerprint service. That is really poor service and inexcusable. I had to call stores on my own to find another location that could help me complete the fingerprint process. Please make sure you train all of your employees, and let First Advantage know that you are not able to take appointments anymore.
