  I would like to specifically recognize Ben for his outstanding customer service. We came in with a somewhat unusual request, and Ben went above and beyond to help us. He was patient, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to finding the best possible solution. It is rare to meet someone who treats a customer’s problem with this level of care and responsibility. Ben is an excellent representative of this UPS location, and his effort made a very positive impression on us. I highly recommend this location, especially because of employees like him.

  I recently had a fantastic experience with one of your employees who assisted me with my shipping packages. They were incredibly friendly from the moment I approached the counter, greeting me warmly and making me feel welcomed. Their positive attitude and professional demeanor immediately stood out. They were also quick with my packages .
