  Returning Amazon and other dropoff packages here is a breeze and staff is openly helpful if you need a bit of tape or to print a new label etc. Easy parking, convenient location, friendly staff, and a good experience. Can’t really ask for much more out of a UPS store.

  Provides invalid notarization. I spent time and money traveling to the IL Secretary of State Index Department downtown, only to be told that the notarization we got at this location is not valid. It was missing mandatory statutory language above the notary's stamp and signature that the Secretary of State told me the notary should have known from their training that they need to add. To add insult to injury, over the phone UPS refused to guarantee that they would correct this without having to pay the cost of notarizing the statements again. We went with a different notary for the corrections.

  I am not usually one to leave reviews at an institution such as UPS but my recent experience was so incredible that I felt it was extremely necessary to highlight my visit. Not long ago, two of my good friends were celebrating a big accomplishment, and I took it upon myself to order some photos through UPS in order to make some decorative posters for them. In all honesty I was having a very tough day but my experience at UPS completely turned that around. The employee who printed out my pictures, David, was so kind and helpful to me especially because I wasn’t completely familiar with the photo printing process. I never thought customer service could be so benevolent. Even among some frustrations that I had while gathering the photos to print, David remained very attentive and helpful, which bolstered my experience immensely. The photos turned out great and in a timely manner, and because of the wonderful visit I had, I will be sure to return for my future photo endeavors. Thank you to David and UPS!
