- AAAngelo5 days ago5.0I came in to do an international shipment and was greeted with great kindness by Om and Ray. DHL let me down when they didn't properly document my items and these guys knew exactly what they were doing. They valued me as a customer and made the whole process seem effortless. I was shipping medication to a relative overseas and they made it their priority to make sure it would get there without the problems DHL had caused me. Thanks guys for your help and concern your location is highly recommended by myself and I'm sure countless others.

Several different shipping labels had to be created, and I was even assisted with an item that needed to be sent through USPS. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially Ray. He was friendly, patient, and kind, and he took the time to assist me with everything I needed. Despite the number of returns and the extra work involved, he never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Ray truly went above and beyond. Thank you for making a potentially stressful experience so easy and pleasant!
