  Ray helped me out of a jam!! Found the perfect solution to my laminating needs!! I was out the door in 15 minutes. I notice the store was very busy when I entered and everyone was taken care of with courtesy, efficiency and in a timely manner that when I walked out there was only 2 customers left ! Great service!!

  I’ve always had a positive experience at the UPS store at Lawrence and Cumberland But today somebody who I had never met before(Ray) Was so exceptionally kind and helpful that I needed to stop what I was doing and write a review He truly wants above and beyond and I needed for management and for Ray to know that I appreciated his help today Thank you, Ray

  Nicest coolest guys inside. All of 2026 has been a breeze because of them . Especially the younger Mexican dude

  Didn’t care for the customer service rep at the counter. He was rude when I was dropping off a prepaid package. As I handed him the box he wouldn’t take it from me and told me to set it on the counter even though he was standing right across from me. Just a weird interaction and not one that promotes assisting customers whatsoever. Literally no work was required on his behalf since the package was already boxed, labeled and paid for. What should’ve been an easy interaction was tainted by his foul mood.
