  Never before in my decade of shipping packages with UPS have I ever been refused service. Well that changed today with this location. The worker refused to tape two small boxes together (something I have had done routinely across UPS locations in Chicagoland). I asked if I buy tape and do it myself, was refused and told me he would not accept the package. What’s makes this worse is the reasoning he gave me is that he thought it was a bad idea- it is my package with a label that I bought. Went to the UPS on Clark street, they didn’t even blink an eye and was out in under a minute. I will not be coming back here.

  I went it to get links removed from my watch , and he was able to get it done in 30 minutes. Definitely recommend.

  I was picking up a shipment and the store was empty only asked to double check if my parcel was correct if not I can return it immidietly , the person working told me they might get busy so I can’t . Means I cannot double check my package what a good customer service lesson learned hence it was empty empty no one in besides me and the workers.
