  I've been going to this UPS for years and am disappointed how they handled my lost package. This store lost my 2-day shipping package I purchased on 5/4. I understand things happen. I went to the store on 5/11 and 5/15 for a refund and update. Jesse, an employee, said he "didn't want to bother the manager over something so small and there was nothing to be done, come back when the manager is in". It was a $130 package. I left my contact information. The manager, Tig, has not contacted me since. I came in a third time 5/22 asking for an update and was told the same. At this point, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Companies are only as good as how they handle a problem.
