  Will definitely NOT be going back to this UPS store. I called fifteen minutes before getting to the store, telling them I had an ETA of 6:33, but would desperately try to get there by 6:30pm -- needing to drop off a pre-addressed package. I arrived at 6:31 with the two women still working and talking with a customer. Knocked on the glass door, at 6:31, and pleaded to let me drop off the page. Nope. I'm a teacher and understand wanting to finish the work day, but come on -- one minute late and you can't let a customer drop something off. So disappointed with their lack of customer service. I live within walking distance, but will be going out of my way to give my regular business to a store with employees who open the door for a customer who called ahead of time and was one minute late. BAD BUSINESS practice.

  I was extremely nervous about stopping by this UPS store because of all the old reviews and rumors I heard about previous ownership. OMG I am SO glad I went in today. I had a package to return as well as a custom print job. The store was busy but the employees were efficient and kept the line moving. I was so impressed by the kindness of the new owners and the attentiveness of the employees! I have never felt such intentional customer service at any UPS store until today. Will def be back!

  I was under the impression that a notary public is supposed to notarized everything, but the guy here CAN’T notarized legal documents.🤣🤣🤣🤣crazy!!!!

  New ownership has done a complete 180, the staff was incredibly helpful with everything. Store was clean, people moved in and out quickly and the staff legit went above and beyond to help me out. Great to see and glad they are back open under new management!

  Absolute terrible service. Website lists notary services available until 6:30 pm on Mondays, I called ahead and was told notary was only available until 5:30. At 5:15 when I arrived I was told notaries are only available until 5. Staff are disorganized, and I will be avoiding this location moving forward.
