  This location just opened and clearly is already going in the wrong direction. I stopped by to drop off a package and they told me it’s $2 to add a piece of tape to close the box. For a place that is locally owned and operated they are already killing their business with poor customer service. I think offering to tape a box closed (to make it more secure) is a cost associated with having a UPS store. It’s a $4 roll of tape that cost you this review. Charging a customer $2 to add a piece of tape clearly illustrates your business state of mind. I can’t support a business that thinks like this. I won’t be going back. There is also ZERO parking. The UPS on division is far more helpful. Good luck and I hope you change your attitude toward your neighbors.

  I had high hopes when they changed ownership but this place is awful. I do not know when customer service went out the window. Their service is slow, they don't take packages that Amazon said they would. Update-the first time I went the service was awful, I had my package box to the way that Amazon had told me to, they told me I needed to add more tape and that they would sell me more tape for $5 which I thought was very scammy so then I went home and re-taped it and then when I came to do the return they told me I had to have it in a different box and that they would sell me a box no. Seems just like a complete money grab and a waste of time to go to the UPS store.

  Had a super bad and awkward experience at this location awhile back when I was trying to return some Amazon items. However, I did visit this location again recently as I had seen it was under new ownership and had a great experience. Staff was nice and worked quickly and efficiently!

  Ignore old reviews as the store is now under new ownership by a lovely couple and offers great service again!!! Great neighborhood store very quick service and convenient
