  I recently moved back from Florida, I’ve have nothing but wonderful experiences at The UPS Store in Wicker Park, thanks to Thomas! He consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He is attentive, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful every single time I visit. What makes Thomas especially wonderful is his kindness toward my 13-pound dog, Peanut! He always greets her warmly and spoils her with treats, making every visit a delightful experience for both of us Thomas is truly an asset to the UPS team, and his kindness and dedication deserve recognition. Thank you, Thomas, for always making our visits such a pleasure! I highly recommend this UPS location because of the outstanding service and personal touch!

  Was here after new ownership took over and got amazing service! They were super fast and courteous, and I asked if I could re-use one of the boxes they had in their recycling bin and they were happy to help me and tape it up for me. 10/10 quick in quick out.

  You could drop off a package here, take one step off the parking lot and be booted at the speed of light forced to pay 170 bucks by rent a cop working for a company who’s main product is ruining the days of people picking up food and delivery drivers barely making ends meet. The definition of predatory. Not it queens.

  I do not recommend. They mark up the prices here, charged me $3.86 to print one page for a label. Absolutely insane cost Update to their response: The “label” they printed was emailed to them and printed on a standard black-and-white piece of paper. When I kindly mentioned that the price is usually $0.50 at other locations, the employee responded rudely, saying that every store sets its own pricing. I understand that pricing may vary by location, but my concern is that this wasn't a special print or anything requiring additional services. It was simply a black-and-white piece of paper they folded and taped onto the package, and I also had a code that I mentioned to the employee, but he ignored it. Overall, this was an unusual and disappointing experience at UPS. The pricing was one issue, but the employee's attitude and lack of willingness to help made the experience even worse.
