  The rent-a-cop for the parking lot will accost you if you park and take longer than a minute or two to walk inside. Avoid driving here at all costs. The workers inside are lovely, though! The owners should think about hiring a better security company

  Came here to get some documents printed and sent via fax. Dave was super helpful and friendly, I am happy this location is open again and will definitely be back.

  Patty, the notary at the UPS Store in Bucktown, is absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free. She's professional, personable, and genuinely cares about helping her customers. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was done correctly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. If you need notary services, I highly recommend asking for Patty. Exceptional customer service!
