  I went to this UPS Store today & for the 2nd time, this little young lady was all by herself with two very long lines. Today’s line was even longer than the first time I was there & she was by herself. That time she seemed a bit overwhelmed. I don’t know if someone keeps calling off or what. But today, this young lady was making it happen ALL By Herself. She was running both registers & when it was my turn, she had a register gun in each hand. One to scan my Amazon Returns & one to scan the other Customer’s items. She was like Beyoncé on The Cowboy Carter Tour! And she had a better attitude this time. She seemed to just make the best out of what she was dealt. And she told each of us to have a Great Day! Customer’s were Chanting.. Employee Of The Year!! She was Phenomenal.. But no one should have to work that hard. But she did. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name. She didn’t have on a name tag. But I still felt compelled to come on Google to share what an Amazing Job she did getting the two lines down. Ohh and one Customer came back & brought her a Bottle of Water.. That’s just how hard & fast she was working. I hope next time she will have some help. Please give her a Raise UPS!!
