Refused to give me and my bf personal Uber Eats pickup. Showed in the app, pressed complete by the workers request and given a hard time. Face time my bf who shared his screen, showing it was a personal order. The worker questioned where he was even looked outside after I told him I’m the one picking it up. Worker was rude, eventually tossed my bag through the window angrily. Stop opening businesses in our neighborhood to disrespect and berate residents.

I was so very pleased with the food I purchased from this Subway. It was a really nice change of pace from, Burgers & Pizza. Although I do love those too. But sometimes your body needs a healthier option. I visited this Subway on Friday & was kindly greeted as I entered the store. And the young man who waited on me treated me like he was Happy that I came into the store & was Happy to wait on me. He listened to Exactly what I wanted on my Sandwich & how I wanted it prepared. I Ordered a Footlong Spicy Italian Sandwich with all my Favorite Toppings & I also picked out 3 Cookies. Everything was Soo Good & Soo Fresh. OMG!! And The Store Was Soo Clean.. But there were just two things that kept me from giving the Store 5 Stars instead of 4. After I made my purchase, I walked out of the store to head back to my car. And I looked up at their window & saw a picture of these burrito wrap type sandwiches that were $3.99 a piece, I remembered I saw on a Subway TV Commercial. So, I went back into the store & let the same young man who waited on me know that I wanted to Order two of them. He let me know what ingredients came on each of them. I let him know that I didn’t want peppers on the one that had peppers & no pickles on the one that had pickles. But sadly they only had one tortilla left so, I decided to get the one that came with pickles. So, as he began to make it, I asked could I substitute green peppers in place of the pickles, so he looked over at who I assume was the Manager & began to speak in Indian. I am certain he was asking him could he allow him to give me green peppers in place of pickles & apparently the Manager said No. So he looked at me & said I’m sorry but I unable to give you green peppers. So, I said okay. I still purchased the wrap. However, as a paying Customer, I don’t see what the harm would have been to allow me to have green peppers instead of Pickles. Especially after I left the store & came back to purchase more. In my Opinion it should have been their Pleasure to let me have what I requested. It wasn’t like I requested to have more chicken in place of the pickles. That would not have been an equal substitution. The second thing is that they spoke to one another in another language that they knew their Customer did Not Speak & to me that is Not Courteous or Considerate. Particularly when it is in regards to a request that I made for an item I wanted to Purchase. I know the person I assume was the Manager spoke English because he greeted me in English when I entered the Store. Overall, I did have the a Pleasant Experience & They Treated me like my Business Mattered to them & that they were Happy to assist me & I look forward to visiting the store again Soon. There were just two minor adjustments I’d like for them to consider that would have made my Experience a 5 Star Experience! P.S. In case you’re wondering how I liked the protein wrap.. I thought it was pretty good but not Great. I got the Chicken Ranch. I felt the size of the tortilla was larger than the amount of food placed in it. But I am not mad I tried it. It was not bad at all for the $3.99 price.
