    1 Star or if to be frank zero star – Serious Cross-Contamination Issue I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered a veggie patty sandwich, and the employee initially used new gloves. However, while preparing my order, she started making another customer’s sandwich and handled ham (pork) with the same gloves. She then came back and continued preparing my sandwich without changing gloves. This is a clear case of cross-contamination. Because of this, I was unable to eat the sandwich I paid for. It true I could ask for new glove but this should be a protocal in which all subway employee must follow. If this was a lawsuit case, the follow subway would have lost it. I saw there a CCTV and I hope the manager see it because this is unnacceptable. Also I didn't want to communicate with the employee due to her attitude. I won't label the name or who it was but I would say, she is an indian with dark skin. Occured Time & Date: 05/05/2026, between 3:50am - 4:15am. This is not just a preference issue—basic food safety and hygiene standards should be followed, especially when handling different types of food. Staff should change gloves between orders. I hope management takes this seriously and properly trains employees to prevent this from happening again. I also did not get the receipt so I don't think I'm getting my money back. It cost me $12.50 on my transaction.

    This place is the worse Subway of all Subways, they dont listen to what you want on your sandwich, and god forbid you order online, u will for sure not get what you thought you ordered online, it will be completely a different sandwich, plus there vegetables are not fresh at all, so if you want a fresh sub sandwich dont go to this location, u will never know what you will get and hopefully you wont get sick, yuck yuck yuck.

    I ordered from this Subway on DoorDash, and they sent our Chicken Teriyaki that was not cooked. When I called, the guy told me the oven isn't working. Then why are they accepting orders? Doesn't make sense.

    It's ok ! But don't like that they don't Clean the tables and the soda fountain ! The two time I have gone in this year it's filthy
