  I had a very disappointing experience with this Subway. I placed a delivery order through the Subway app and was charged immediately. After waiting over two hours with no delivery, the order tracking stopped working and eventually displayed a blank page. I couldn’t reach the restaurant by phone, so I drove there myself. When I arrived, my order had been sitting by the register at room temperature the entire time waiting for a DoorDash driver who never came. The order included a tuna sandwich and other perishable items that had been sitting out for over two hours. I politely asked if the sandwiches could be remade because I was concerned about the quality and safety of the food after sitting out that long. The person in charge refused and simply told me, “Not my problem.” Whether or not the delivery failure was the restaurant’s fault, I don’t think it’s acceptable to expect a customer to take food that had been sitting out for over two hours and then dismiss their concerns that way. I paid for delivery, ended up driving to the store myself, and left with food I didn’t feel comfortable serving to my family. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I hope Subway reviews how this location handles situations like this.

  The gentleman that works the night shift is everything!! Great sandwiches, always fresh and he makes it just like I like it. He's very kind as well.

  There’s one person that’s always disrespectful and rude. I guess he’s the owner or head person but I always say that I would never go back but it’s so convenient because I live close by. I think he’s prejudice because I never do nothing to upset him but he act like he doesn’t want to take my order.
